Shipping policy

FREE SHIPPING (some exclusions apply, see below) 

Applies to regular-priced orders over $150 before taxes, shipped within BC, AB, SK, MB, ON, QC, and Atlantic Canada.

Valid only for web orders shipped via Canada Post within Canada.

Exclusions from Free Shipping:

Bicycles – always have a shipping cost. Standard bicycle shipping is $195. If shipping two bikes, please select the Two Bikes option at checkout.

Oversized items – such as bikes, skis, snowboards, large bicycle parts, and other bulky goods — do not qualify for free shipping.

Hazardous goods – such as e-bike batteries — do not qualify for free shipping.

Important:

Oversized status is determined by the courier (Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, etc.), not by us.

Shipping costs for oversized items will be calculated automatically and shown in your cart before you place your order.

You can double check the shipping rate before placing your order by adding items to your cart and using the shipping rate tool.

In-Store Pickup

We will email you when your order is ready for pickup. Bring government-issued photo ID and the credit card matching the billing address to collect it. Orders cannot be released to third parties due to credit card agreements and fraud protection. For updates on your in-store pickup, email us or call (250) 564-3335.

Fast Delivery

Ensuring swift delivery is our top priority, with all orders dispatched from our facilities within 2 business days. Shipments occur Monday through Friday by 4pm PST, excluding weekends and holidays. Utilizing Canada Post for most orders, oversized shipments are handled via ground freight, potentially resulting in longer processing and delivery times. Regrettably, expedited shipping options are unavailable, as Canada Post cannot assure delivery arrival dates. Please note, once an order departs our facility, any subsequent transit time is beyond our control.

Tracking Number 

A Tracking Number will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped. To track your package, please visit Canada Post and enter the tracking number that was emailed to you. Once your order is shipped, Canada Post will do everything they can to deliver it to you on time. In the event of a delayed delivery, you must contact Canada Post directly.

Shipping Within Canada

Orders are sent via Canada Post Ground Service, unless otherwise specified. Applicable provincial and federal taxes are applied when your order is processed according to where the item will be shipped. Orders are shipped from Prince George, BC and take one to two business days to process, in addition to Canada Post's delivery time. Isolated and rural areas may take longer. Ruckus Skis, Boards & Bikes LTD. does not ship internationally, or outside of Canada.

P.O Boxes

All orders being delivered to a P.O. Box will be shipped via Canada Post. We cannot ship oversized items to P.O. boxes, this includes bicycles.

Refused Shipments

All shipments refused by the buyer will be charged a 25% restocking fee plus shipping charges.

Order Information Accuracy

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of information submitted when placing an order on our website. We do not autofill names, addresses, or credit card information. We are not responsible for any costs or inconvenience incurred due to errors in shipping information submitted by you, or by third party applications such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Shop Pay. We cannot redirect an order once it has been shipped. Please read all shipping addresses carefully prior to submitting an order. Should you make an error, do contact us immediately as we will attempt to cancel it if we are able. See below for our cancellation policy.

Order Cancellation

You can request to cancel an order before payment processing by emailing or calling us at (250) 564-3335. Once payment has been processed, cancellations, if accepted, will be refunded minus transaction fees and shipping charges. We cannot cancel orders once they have shipped. Cancellation requests are a courtesy we offer, and we are not obliged to accept them, nor responsible for any fees or inconvenience caused should we be unable to cancel the order for any reason.
