Refund policy

In-Store

If purchasing and returning an item from Ruckus Skis, Bikes LTD , you have 15 days to return the item to receive your refund in your original form of payment. After 15 days, we will issue your refund in the form of store credit.

Please note that some items are non-returnable or have specific return conditions. A 10% restocking/processing fee applies to all returns not issued as store credit. Items must be returned in their original packaging and unused to be accepted.

Online

For all online orders we have a 30-day return policy, after the date the item was purchased.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please email us where we will provide you with a Return Authorization and instructions. Any unauthorized returns will not be accepted, and you will be responsible for all logistics and fees incurred for retrieving your property. You can always contact us for any return question.

Damages and Issues 

Please thoroughly inspect your order upon receipt. Should you discover any defects, damages, or receive an incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days. This allows us to promptly address the issue and provide a resolution. Please be aware that we may be unable to replace or warranty products reported after this timeframe, and we cannot assume responsibility for any issues caused by postponed inspections.

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, food, or nutrition products), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as chamois creams). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Due to health and safety of all our customers, next to skin garments (such as chamois, or underwear) are also non-returnable.

Refunds

We will inform you once we've received and checked your return. If it is approved, you'll get an automatic refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind, your bank or credit card company might take some time to process the refund. If it's been more than 15 business days since we approved your return, please get in touch with us. If your return isn't approved, you'll need to arrange return shipping.
